According to the Addison Group survey, 94% of hiring managers are more comfortable hiring freelancers than five years ago. 88% are more comfortable doing it for senior positions too.

When looking at the other statistics measured in the survey, the trend is pretty clear. Freelancing is the future of work for most people, but how will this form of work be controlled and better optimized for companies?
